In April 2026, Rotarians from across District 5030 will gather in Walla Walla, Washington for a long-awaited celebration of connection, purpose, and renewal. The Ignite Your Rotary Spirit conference, set against the backdrop of Walla Walla’s rolling vineyards and historic charm, is more than just a district event—it’s the revival of a dream deferred.

Originally planned for 2020, the Walla Walla conference was postponed due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. That cancellation left a void in the hearts of many Rotarians who had looked forward to gathering in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most beloved destinations. But the spirit of Rotary is resilient, and the vision for Walla Walla never faded—it simply waited for the right moment to return.

Now, six years later, that moment has arrived. The 2026 conference is designed to do more than pick up where we left off—it’s a bold reimagining of what Rotary gatherings can be. With keynote speakers like Amy Downs, whose story of surviving the Oklahoma City bombing exemplifies courage and transformation, and workshops focused on leadership, communication, and balance, the event promises to inspire and empower.

But the heart of the conference lies in its theme: Ignite Your Rotary Spirit. It’s a call to rediscover the passion that brought us to Rotary in the first place. It’s about forging new friendships, deepening our commitment to service, and embracing the joy of being together again.

Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a seasoned Rotarian, Walla Walla 2026 offers a chance to reflect, recharge, and reignite. Join us as we turn a postponed plan into a powerful moment of renewal—and make Rotary history together.
