We strongly encourage you to book your stay early to ensure the best rates and secure a room close to the action. Please note: Conference registration does not include your hotel booking. The Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center

The magnificent Marcus Whitman Hotel is the official host hotel, conference sponsor and centerpiece for the 2026 District Conference. This historic and elegant property offers attendees ultimate convenience, placing you steps away from all sessions and events. Enjoy the hotel's luxurious amenities, comfortable rooms, and exceptional on-site dining—making it the perfect, central hub for fellowship and learning. Official conference room rate it $189 per night. Our block of rooms will go fast!

You can join a waitlist by filling out the form by clicking on the button below and we will let you know as rooms become available. Requests are filled on a first come, first served basis. You should book a room at one of the other hotel options now to secure a room and if a room at the Marcus Whitman becomes available, you can book it and cancel your other hotel reservation.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Walla Walla offers a comfortable and reliable stay as an excellent alternate hotel for the conference. Located a short distance from downtown, this hotel features spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, free WiFi, and access to a pool and fitness center. While it provides a restful retreat, please note that the walking distance to the main conference venue at the Marcus Whitman Hotel is approximately 2.2 miles (about a 47-minute walk), so a short drive would be recommended for traveling between the two locations. Estimated Room Rate: $148 per night.
Courtyard by Marriott

The Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla is an outstanding alternate hotel option for the conference, offering a modern and comfortable stay. This hotel features well-appointed rooms, an on-site bistro serving breakfast and dinner, free WiFi, and access to a refreshing pool and fitness center. While it provides a relaxing experience just outside the main downtown area, please note that the walking distance to the main conference venue at the Marcus Whitman Hotel is approximately 1.5 miles (about a 30-minute walk). A short drive or rideshare service also provides for convenient travel between the two locations. Estimated Room Rate: $198 per night.
The Finch Walla Walla

The Finch Hotel is a sister hotel to the Marcus Whitman and is a stylish and independent boutique hotel offering a modern, unique "base camp" experience right in downtown Walla Walla. Located only a 0.3-0.4 mile (5-7 minute) easy walk from the Marcus Whitman, it is highly recommended for those who prioritize design and walkability. The Finch features bright, thoughtfully designed rooms, custom amenities, an inspiring open-air courtyard with a fireplace, complimentary bike rentals, and ample free on-site parking. Rates fluctuate so it is best to call the Finch for current rates.
